Membership Contract between Christie Colvin and Love Studio LLC:
$300 will be billed monthly for 16 total hours of studio use on the following days:
1st & 3rd Sunday from 10am-2pm
2nd & 4th Saturday from 10am-2pm
Membership Contract Terms: this agreement establishes in writing an understanding of the agreement to develop a working relationship between Christie Colvin and Love Studio LLC. It is with hope and intent that this working relationship will be to the benefit and enjoyment of both parties. Love Studio LLC may be utilized for creative services by Christie Colvin for a total of 16 hours/month on the following days and times: the first & third Sunday each month from 10am-2pm, and the second & fourth Saturday each month from 10am-2pm at the rate of $300 per month. Monthly billing on the credit card provided at checkout will begin on September 1, 2023, and will repeat on the first of each month. Additional hours in Love Studio LLC can be purchased at any time for $25/hour. This agreement will become effective on September 1, 2023, and will expire on February 29, 2024, at which time the option to renew the membership contract will be reviewed and this agreement may continue month-to-month, or this membership contract could be updated. Reasonable care and cleaning of Love Studio after each use is requested. A studio key will be provided on September 1, 2023 upon signing up for the membership. Should this membership agreement be terminated, the return of the studio key will be expected. Either party may terminate this membership agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the Membership Contract Terms.
