In this free course offered by Yale University, you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits. As preparation for these tasks, Professor Laurie Santos reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change. You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into your life.
Weekly class work will be done on your own schedule throughout the week. We’ll meet as a group at Love Studio to discuss each weekly lesson and our positive take-aways. Increase your happiness while meeting new people in this fun, free community event!
We’ll be meeting on Mondays at 7pm from 7/11/22 through 8/29/22 (8 weeks). Must be signed up prior to 7/11 to join in person.
