Membership Contract between Shelbey Leasure-Bartelheim and Love Studio LLC:
$62.50 will be billed monthly for 2.5 total hours of studio use per month on the following days:
every 3rd Wednesday from 4:45 pm-7:15 pm (except February which is 2/14/23 instead)
Membership Contract Terms: this agreement establishes in writing an understanding of the agreement to develop a working relationship between Shelbey Leasure-Bartelheim and Love Studio LLC. It is with hope and intent that this working relationship will be to the benefit and enjoyment of both parties. Love Studio LLC may be utilized for creative and wellness services by Shelbey Leasure-Bartelheim for a total of 2.5 hours/month on the following days and times: the third Wednesday each month, with the exception of February which is 2/14/23, from 4:45pm-7:15pm at the rate of $62.50 per month. Monthly billing on the credit card provided at checkout will begin on September 1, 2023, and will repeat on the first of each month. Additional hours in Love Studio LLC can be purchased at any time for $25/hour. This agreement will become effective on September 1, 2023, and will expire on February 29, 2024, at which time the option to renew the membership contract will be reviewed and this agreement may continue month-to-month, or this membership contract could be updated. Reasonable care and cleaning of Love Studio after each use is requested. A studio key will be provided on September 1, 2023 upon signing up for the membership. Should this membership agreement be terminated, the return of the studio key will be expected. Either party may terminate this membership agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the Membership Contract Terms.
