Stretch & Sound is a class that offers yin yoga followed by a longer savasana with sound elements. Yin is a slower-paced, contemplative practice where practitioners can connect mind and body. The instructor will cue practitioners through fewer poses per class, and poses will be held for 3-5 minutes in order to target the deepest tissues of the body. The sound proportion will last at least 10 minutes and practitioners will hear a mix of chimes, singing bowls, a rain stick and other soothing sounds. Ages 16+, all levels welcome, no experience necessary.
