All Levels (Vinyasa) Yoga is a series of individual poses connected with deep breathing. This flow is designed to have each sequence build upon the previous while increasing strength and flexibility. The specific poses and pace of class may vary depending on the instructor. Ages 16+, all levels welcome, no experience necessary.

About Shannon: Shannon Morris is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher fascinated with health, fitness and psychology. Her yoga journey began many years ago, but recently discovered her passion for teaching. Shannon’s curiosity of the human experience is what led her to become a yoga teacher. She knew early on in her training that she was meant to share these teachings with the world. Shannon hopes that through the powerful practice of yoga, people can find more compassion and understanding for themselves and others. She motivates individuals to find the connection between their physical, mental and emotional bodies through mindful movement and meditation. Off the mat, Shannon enjoys spending time in nature, cooking delicious meals and being of service to others. Shannon is committed to providing a fun, safe and welcoming environment where all her students can come to heal and decompress. Her wish is for her students to leave her class feeling a deeper connection with themselves and their community.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
