Description
All Levels (Vinyasa) Yoga is a series of individual poses connected with deep breathing. This flow is designed to have each sequence build upon the previous while increasing strength and flexibility. The specific poses and pace of class may vary depending on the instructor. Ages 16+, all levels welcome, no experience necessary.
CLASS TIME: 5:30 pm
DURATION: 1 hour
ATTIRE: comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, bare feet or socks
WHAT TO BRING: your beautiful self, yoga mat, water

About Trish: Trish’s yoga journey began in 2022 when a friend asked her to come to a yoga class, steering her down a path towards getting her 200 hour certification and a Yin Yoga certification in 2023. Trish was looking for something to balance her home and work life, with 3 teenagers and a husband at home things were a little chaotic and unbalanced. Trish loves learning how the body and mind can heal itself with gentle mindful movements. When Trish is not doing yoga, she enjoys spending as much time at the lake on her boat with her family. Trish is looking forward to meeting new friends in Love.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time and late-entry is not permitted. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite spot. See you in Love!
