This Beginner Yoga Series is the perfect opportunity to start (and continue!) your yoga journey in a supportive, safe, and fun environment. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be guided step-by-step through essential yoga poses, alignment principles, and breathwork, empowering you to take your practice to the next level. Sign up for one class or multiple in this series to extend your knowledge and deepen your understanding of yoga.
What You’ll Gain Over the Four Weeks:
**Master the Fundamentals: Learn the foundational poses and key breathing techniques that will serve as the building blocks for your practice.
**Dispelling Myths: We’ll tackle common misconceptions like “I’m not flexible enough,” “Yoga is only for certain body types,” and “Yoga is too difficult,” helping you feel confident, capable, and at ease.
**Build Strength & Flexibility: Experience gradual improvement in strength, flexibility, and balance through consistent practice. We’ll focus on developing stability through alignment-based movements to deepen your practice.
**Transition to Studio Classes: By the end of the series, we’ll bring everything you’ve learned together to cultivate mindfulness and a stronger mind-body connection through a flow-based practice. You’ll feel ready and excited to join our regular studio classes, equipped with a solid foundation and the confidence to explore new yoga experiences.

About Stacey: Stacey’s yoga journey began as part of a “challenge” to get a workout in every day. Knowing she couldn’t lift weights seven days a week, Stacey turned to yoga for the days she wasn’t in the gym. What started as a way to exercise has evolved into so much more, becoming a truly life-changing experience. Through Stacey’s practice and training, she’s learned to slow down, embrace life more fully, the power of just breathing, and cultivating more meaningful relationships in her life. Yoga has profoundly impacted Stacey’s life, and she’s passionate about guiding others on their own paths—whether for physical health, emotional well-being, or personal growth. Stacey is excited to begin her 300-hour yoga teacher training in 2025 to deepen her knowledge and better serve those who trust her as their guide in class. For fun, she loves reading—especially books on yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and nutrition. She also enjoys golfing with her husband, traveling, and spending time with her two beautiful grandchildren (with another arriving in May 2025!). As someone whose professional life is dedicated to patient care, Stacey finds immense joy in helping others. She would be honored to be part of your yoga journey, creating a space where you feel supported, inspired, and at peace—both on and off the mat.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to lovestudiollc@gmail.com prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
