Membership Contract between Emily Turner and Love Studio LLC:
$50 will be billed monthly for 2 total hours of studio use per month on the following days:
1st Sunday from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm
Membership Contract Terms: this agreement establishes in writing an understanding of the agreement to develop a working relationship between Emily Turner and Love Studio LLC. It is with hope and intent that this working relationship will be to the benefit and enjoyment of both parties. Love Studio LLC may be utilized for creative and wellness services by Emily Turner for a total of 2 hours/month on the following days and times: the first Sunday each month from 2:00pm-4:00pm at the rate of $50 per month. Monthly billing on the credit card provided at checkout will begin on August 1, 2023, and will repeat on the first of each month. Additional hours in Love Studio LLC can be purchased at any time for $25/hour. This agreement will become effective on August 1, 2023, and will expire on January 31, 2024, at which time the option to renew the membership contract will be reviewed and this agreement may continue month-to-month, or this membership contract could be updated. Reasonable care and cleaning of Love Studio after each use is requested. A studio key will be provided on August 1, 2023 upon signing up for the membership. Should this membership agreement be terminated, the return of the studio key will be expected. Either party may terminate this membership agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the Membership Contract Terms.
