About Mary: Dr. Mary Momper is a sports chiropractor, personal running coach, and avid distance runner. She earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Masters in Biomechanics from Ball State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University. Mary began running in the 5th grade and has competed at the elementary, high school, collegiate, and club levels, and she continues to train and race cross country, track, and road races today. Running-related injuries led Mary to a rehab-focused chiropractor during high school, which sparked her career aspirations to work with athletes as both a coach and a clinician. Today, Dr. Mary practices rehab-focused chiropractic at Back Pain Center Wentzville and coaches distance runners through her online coaching business, Mary Momper Coaching. When she’s not working with patients or clients, she can often be found running, lifting, cycling, playing volleyball, or line dancing. She also loves to check out cozy coffee shops and is involved in the St. Louis Catholic Young Adult community.
