Description
Power yoga is a more dynamic version of yoga. This fast paced practice focuses on building strength and endurance as you flow breath to movement. The flow is designed to be creative and engaging, with each sequence building from the previous while increasing intensity. This practice is challenging, yet rewarding. Ages 16+, all levels welcome, experience recommended.
CLASS TIME: 7:00 am
DURATION: 1 hour
ATTIRE: Comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, bare feet or socks
WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, sweat towel, water

About Kalista: Kalista is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and owner of Street Beanz Coffee. Kalista stepped into her first studio 4 years ago and instantly fell in love with the mind and body connection yoga offered. It was the first time she felt permission to feel her body, rather than change it. Kalista has a love for holding space, and allowing others to explore what their bodies are capable of through movement. She brings creative sequencing to the mat, whether you come to her gentle flow or power flow. Her hope is that you leave feeling a sense of peace, clarity, and maybe a little yogi high.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time and late-entry is not permitted. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite spot. See you in Love!
