Join us in Love for this express class on your lunch break! Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a form of vinyasa yoga that links the breath, movement, and poses together.
Practicing Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga means the transitions are lengthier so while there are fewer transitions, the ones that happen are more intentional and deliberate. Slow Flow’s goal is to be meditative and calm while still working on improving strength and flexibility, making this a great Vinyasa practice for beginners and even for the most experienced students! Ages 16+, all levels welcome, no experience necessary.
CLASS TIME: 12:15 pm
DURATION: 45 minutes
ATTIRE: Comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, bare feet or socks
WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, sweat towel, water
Any class cancellation within 24 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com prior to 24 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
