So You’re Gluten Free, Now What? – a light hearted workshop to welcome you to the gluten free life –
Join us for a fun filled class where we will laugh and learn our way into loving a gluten free diet. This workshop is designed for those new to the gluten free life, or those that have been gluten free for a while but are needing some new inspiration. We know, as busy people, being gluten free can seem daunting, and if you have picky eaters or others in your household that are not gluten free, meal time can become a challenge. You’ll leave class with a shopping list for Aldi’s and Kroger (digital and print) and 3 recipe cards that are the instructor’s favorites. You’ll also hear tips and tricks on how to cook quickly and easily on busy nights! Rachel will also touch on some dairy free options as well! Come and enjoy, we promise some laughs and some great take aways!
CLASS TIME: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

About Rachel: Rachel South has been gluten free for several years, and had an allergy as a child. She is not a professional chef but just a busy working mom! With a teenager in the house that does not live a gluten free life she has learned some quick and easy meals that please everyone. On top of being gluten free Rachel is also dairy free.
Any class cancellation within 24 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com prior to 24 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
