Membership Contract between That’s Nice Art LLC and Love Studio LLC:
$75 will be billed monthly for 3 total hours of studio use per month on the following days:
October 8, 2023 from 2:30pm-5:30pm
November 12, 2023 from 2:30pm-5:30pm
December 10, 2023 from 2:30pm-5:30pm
January 2024 date & time to be determined (may be used in October 2023)
February 2024 date & time to be determined (may be used in November 2023)
March 2024 date & time to be determined (may be used in December 2023)
Membership Contract Terms: this agreement establishes in writing an understanding of the agreement to develop a working relationship between That’s Nice Art LLC and Love Studio LLC. It is with hope and intent that this working relationship will be to the benefit and enjoyment of both parties. Love Studio LLC may be utilized for creative and wellness services by That’s Nice Art LLC for a total of 3 hours/month on mutually agreed upon days and times. Monthly billing on the credit card provided at checkout will begin on October 1, 2023, and will repeat on the first of each month. Additional hours in Love Studio LLC can be purchased at any time for $25/hour. This agreement will become effective on October 1, 2023, and will expire on March 31, 2024, at which time the option to renew the membership contract will be reviewed and this agreement may continue month-to-month, or this membership contract could be updated. That’s Nice Art LLC is able to use all 6 sessions in October/November/December if mutually agreeable time slots are available in Love Studio, in which case the additional booked hours at $25/hr will be billed and paid as a separate invoice and the 6 month contract will end on December 31, 2023 and monthly billing will cease. Reasonable care and cleaning of Love Studio after each use is requested. Four 8′ tables and twenty chairs are available for use. Set up and take down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of That’s Nice Art LLC. A studio key will be provided on October 1, 2023 upon purchasing the membership. Should this membership agreement be terminated, the return of the studio key will be expected. Either party may terminate this membership agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the Membership Contract Terms.
