Yoga Off the Mat: 8 Limbs of Yoga
This class is designed for those looking to broaden their perspective of yoga. Exploring the 8 limbs of yoga allows us to build a foundation in which we can begin to incorporate the teachings of yoga in our everyday life. Class structure will consist of a 30 minute open discussion and 30 minutes of mindful movement. Each week we will dive into a different limb of yoga and will eventually have a toolbox of ways we can invite these teachings on and off our mats.
Monthly memberships ARE valid for these classes. You can choose to attend one class, or all of them. Hope to see you there!
Ages 16+, all levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Shannon hopes that through the powerful practice of yoga, people can find more compassion and understanding for themselves and others. She motivates individuals to find the connection between their physical, mental and emotional bodies through mindful movement and meditation. Off the mat, Shannon enjoys spending time in nature, cooking delicious meals and being of service to others.
