Get Up! is a beginner level aerobic dance class catered to helping people start moving their body and having fun while doing it. Dancing everyday matters in all aspects; mind, body and spirit. This class will focus on improving range of motion and five movements that help with everyday living: bending and lifting, single leg movements, pushing, pulling, and rotation. In this class there is no jumping (unless you want to), at least one foot is on the ground at all times and no resistance training is mandatory. We incorporate everyday movement and a little “jiggle, jiggle” to make class LOTS of fun!
