Get Up! is a beginner level aerobic dance class catered to helping people start moving their body and having fun while doing it. Dancing everyday matters in all aspects; mind, body and spirit. This class will focus on improving range of motion and five movements that help with everyday living: bending and lifting, single leg movements, pushing, pulling, and rotation. In this class there is no jumping (unless you want to), at least one foot is on the ground at all times and no resistance training is mandatory. We incorporate everyday movement and a little “jiggle, jiggle” to make class LOTS of fun!

About Heather H: Heather H is a zesty, middle aged woman who doesn’t like to work out. For the past 2.5 years, she has gotten up and danced off some pounds and inches just by moving her body and having an amazing time doing it. So much so, that when her bff decided to open a studio, she became a certified group fitness instructor to help EVERYONE Get Up! Heather H believes mindset is EVERYTHING and she’s here to help others figure out if you make small changes, your world becomes so much bigger and better. Join Heather H in her Get Up! (level 1), Get Up and Move It! (level 2), or Get Up and Move It! Move it! (level 3) class where EVERYONE will find some fun and dance it out!
Any class cancellation within 24 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com prior to 24 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time and late-entry is not permitted. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite dance spot. See you in Love!
