Ashley / Turn Up Dance Fitness Mondays @ 6pm & Fridays @ 9:30am
Ashley has loved to dance for as long as she can remember! Growing up she took dance classes, as well as did cheerleading during her high school years. Her favorite part of cheerleading was getting to choreograph some of the dance routines. As time passed, Ashley entered the world of business as an entrepreneur owning a small cleaning company. She is a mother of 3, a wife, and has been focusing on her weight loss/fitness journey. Ashley found Love Studio and fell in love with Turn Up Dance Fitness. She is now a certified Turn Up Dance Fitness instructor looking to empower as many women as she can to move and love their bodies, and get fit while literally having a dance party!
Kalista / All Levels Yoga Tuesdays @ 5:30pm

Kalista is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, reiki II certified, and owner of Street Beanz Coffee. Kalista stepped into her first studio 4 years ago and instantly fell in love with the mind and body connection yoga offered. It was the first time she felt permission to feel her body, rather than change it. Kalista has a love for holding space, and allowing others to explore what their bodies are capable of through movement. She brings creative sequencing to the mat, whether you come to her gentle flow or power flow. Her hope is that you leave feeling a sense of peace, clarity, and maybe a little yogi high.

Erin / Pound Unplugged Tuesdays @ 7pm

Erin is a fitness instructor for any age and every stage. She grew up in Upstate NY and found her love of fitness as a volunteer ski instructor for Arise & Ski, which helps children and adults with disabilities learn to ski with the help of adaptive equipment. This experience taught her that with patience and persistence, you can achieve anything—a mindset that she has infused into her classes. She is a NCCPT-certified group fitness instructor and a Brand Ambassador for Pound, the Rockout Workout. Erin loves teaching all Pound formats, Zumba and Strong Nation classes. Outside of the studio, Erin is a Content Marketing Director and the author of Zoey and the Forest Friends. She loves spending time with her husband and beloved nieces and nephew in nature.

Lynette / Stretch & Sound Yoga Wednesdays @ 7:30pm

Lynette first found yoga as a way to complete a PE credit in college, but it wasn’t until 2016 after a spinal surgery when she found hot yoga and fell in love, not only with the practice but with herself again. Lynette’s goal as a yoga teacher is to meet each student with love, just as they are. She works to help them connect more deeply with themselves and find the healing that comes through yoga. Lynette is also certified in Sound Healing and incorporates sound into most of her yoga classes. Outside of the yoga studio, Lynette is a full-time university professor and an LPC who sees clients for a variety of mental health concerns. Lynette was an army brat, but she has always called St. Louis home. Go Cards! Lynette and her husband, Rob, have been together for over 25 years, and Rob loves to join her classes. Rob & Lynette have 6 children and 2 toy poodles!

Marie / Crochet every other Friday @ 5:30pm

By day, Marie is a mild mannered play boy billionaire Bruce Wayne, but by night, she is Batman! But actually, Marie is really just a book, craft, and board game obsessed woman. Marie taught herself in 2018 how to crochet. The craft helped pass the time when she wasn’t working in the Department of Corrections. Marie is constantly teaching herself new techniques and styles and never moving on until she feels that she has mastered the technique. Come meet Marie and learn a new skill!

Christie / Tae Bo Aerobic Fitness Saturdays @ 9:30am

Christie has been doing Taebo® Aerobic Kickboxing for over 20 years. Christie did martial arts in her high school and college years, and then pursued a higher level of Kickboxing and would lead classes over her lunch hour at work to a group of attendees. After 2 pregnancies (with a set of twins) and a severe car accident with a semi-truck, she had to put her kickboxing on hold after damage to her back and hips. Years later, Christie has missed her Kickboxing days and wants to help those who think they can’t do it believe in themselves and overcome their obstacles and fears by taking action and executing a new way of fitness on her journey back to health, well-being, and mental clarity. We all have a story to tell and a journey we have done and continue to do on a daily basis…deciding to make a change in health is a big choice, and way easier to do when having fun and with an empowering instructor and group to support you every step of the way! As a career woman, professional photographer, wife, and mom of 3, Christie understands how hard making health and fitness a priority can be in this chaotic life. Let Christie help by bringing FUN to your workouts while burning calories, sweating off stress, clearing your minds while focusing on technique and form, and “kicking and punching” your way through the workout to a feeling good end result in both body and mind.

Shannon / All Levels Yoga

Shannon is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher fascinated with health, fitness and psychology. Her yoga journey began many years ago, but recently discovered her passion for teaching. Shannon’s curiosity of the human experience is what led her to become a yoga teacher. She knew early on in her training that she was meant to share these teachings with the world. Shannon hopes that through the powerful practice of yoga, people can find more compassion and understanding for themselves and others. She motivates individuals to find the connection between their physical, mental and emotional bodies through mindful movement and meditation. Off the mat, Shannon enjoys spending time in nature, cooking delicious meals and being of service to others. Shannon is committed to providing a fun, safe and welcoming environment where all her students can come to heal and decompress. Her wish is for her students to leave her class feeling a deeper connection with themselves and their community.
