You’re invited to fly with Brenda & Melanie in Aerial Pole Love, a beginner-friendly class aimed to change the perception of pole fitness. Combining strength and acrobatic exercise, pole fitness is for all people, all body types, all ages, and all fitness levels. Learn to spin, sit, climb, and create beautiful shapes with your body. Health benefits include burning calories, increased balance and coordination, and building muscle as you lift, climb, and hold your own body weight. Pole fitness also tones your arms and legs, works your core, perks up your chest, and sculpts your back. In addition to these great benefits, pole fitness also releases endorphins, increases self esteem, and helps you find freedom of self-expression. CLASS TIME: 7:00 pm
DURATION: 1 hour
ATTIRE: Silicone pole (recommended for beginners) is best with tight leggings, exercise bra and long sleeve shirt. Chrome pole is best with shorts, exercise bra and muscle shirt. We recommend dressing for both poles with fitted shorts under leggings, or wearing leggings and bringing shorts with you. No jewelry, metal, or plastics such as watches, zippers, buttons, grommets; no loose articles; no lotions or oils on skin

About Brenda: Brenda is a silver haired pole instructor who started pole fitness at the age of 50 and fell in love. Pole fitness gave Brenda a new confidence and surrounded her with both women and men who supported each other at every level. As an instructor, Brenda wants to show you how strong you are because she’s been where you are and she wants you to know you can do this. If you think you only build strength at the gym, Brenda wants to show you what you can do on a pole. Join Brenda for class and let her show you how strong and amazing you are. She promises you’ll be so glad you did!
About Melanie: Melanie has been dancing her whole life and fell in love with pole fitness in 2018. Melanie is a tricks girl and loves trying new and challenging shapes. She loves sharing her passion for pole fitness and getting to know her students. Melanie finds pole fitness to be extremely empowering and rewarding and hopes to show the positive side of pole fitness which has led her to some of the most incredible people she’s ever met. Melanie is thankful for the pole community bringing her some of her best friends and she hopes you’ll join her and see for yourself how fun pole fitness is!
Any class cancellation within 4 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to lovestudiollc@gmail.com prior to 4 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
