Join Jenn for All Levels (Vinyasa) Yoga as she leads you through a flowing sequence of individual poses connected with deep breathing and mindfulness to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress. By attending class, you’ll experience increased relaxation and mental clarity in a welcoming community filled with love. All levels welcome and encouraged, no experience necessary. About Jenn: Born and raised in New York City, Jenn later spent 15 years in Troy, Missouri, before settling in St. Peters, Missouri. With a mission to make yoga and movement accessible for every body, Jenn is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students feel empowered, supported, and inspired to connect with their inner selves. When Jenn isn’t teaching or studying, you can find her exploring creative movement practices, deepening her knowledge of yoga philosophy, or enjoying the natural beauty of her surroundings in various trail runs and marathons around the St. Louis area.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
