Bring your friends and join us in Love for an Herbal Tea Making Workshop! Herbal teas are an easy, delicious, and accessible way to provide natural health benefits for you and your family. In this workshop you’ll learn the basics to making your own custom tea blends with various leaves, petals, and roots. Just a few of the herbs that will be provided are nettles, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf, which all have nutritive qualities. We’ll cover what herbal actions and energetics are, and how to make tea blends for specific types of illnesses and ailments. With this knowledge, you’ll then create your own personalized tea blend to take home and enjoy!
