Explore, balance, and energize the seven layers of your being in The Seven Layers of You: A Chakra Yoga Journey. Each session will focus on one chakra, guiding students through its energy, physical connections, and emotional significance. April’s focus is the heart chakra: Anahata. This month’s series is about opening the heart. An all-levels vinyasa style practice with colors, mantras, and specific poses will be tied to each chakra for a deeply immersive experience taught by Jenn.
CLASS TIME: 8:30 am
DURATION: 1 hour
ATTIRE: comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, bare feet or socks

About Jenn: Born and raised in New York City, Jenn later spent 15 years in Troy, Missouri, before settling in St. Peters, Missouri. With a mission to make yoga and movement accessible for every body, Jenn is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students feel empowered, supported, and inspired to connect with their inner selves. When Jenn isn’t teaching or studying, you can find her exploring creative movement practices, deepening her knowledge of yoga philosophy, or enjoying the natural beauty of her surroundings in various trail runs and marathons around the St. Louis area.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
