About Heather: Heather is a busy mom and wife who finds solitude in yoga. She fell in love with the way movement made her body feel. Like most, she had no idea how the breath and movement of yoga, could completely transform the body and the spirt. Naturally her hope is to have all her students experience this reality. Heather is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style. She encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self. She believes yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. She promotes self love and body positivity. Heather strongly believes all bodies are yoga bodies. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Expect to move, explore, sweat and smile.
