Description
Join Darcy for ZinYin, a stretching and relaxing class for all levels and all people! The primary focus of class will heavily fixate on stretching, listening to deeply stimulating music, and education of the body and thoughts. Darcy will occasionally lead students through experimentation with with fascia release and sound baths as well. The learning never stops and it’s important to carpe diem; seize the day and come to class with Darcy to stretch and relax in Love! All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
CLASS TIME: 7:00 pm
DURATION: 1 hour
ATTIRE: comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, bare feet or socks
WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, and your beautiful self

About Darcy: Darcy is a strong willed, free spirited, sarcastic, and verbally comfortable kind of gal. She loves yoga, fitness, cooking, community activities, and reading. Life is a journey, and she is up for the adventure. She was born and raised in Alaska and migrated down to Missouri a few years ago with her family where she fell in love with her passions. Studying and listening to the body and the mind is something Darcy feels avid about.
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time and late-entry is not permitted. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite spot. See you in Love!
